This product is ideal for backend systems and desktop applications needing robust media authentication and integrity verification. You can choose from various language bindings built on top of the C++ core or utilize the CLI executable for command-line operations.
  3. Content Credentials Display - Our Content Credentials Display is designed for integration into websites and digital services. It enables the visible display of C2PA Content Credentials, allowing users to easily verify and understand the origins and history of digital media.

C2PA

C2PA, the Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity, is an alliance of organizations committed to establishing an open technical standard for media provenance. This standard enables the tracking of the origin and history of various media types, including photos and videos.

The C2PA standard aims to ensure interoperability among software systems by allowing media files to retain and display tamper-evident data throughout their lifecycle. As a cofounder of the C2PA, Truepic collaborates with industry leaders such as Adobe, Microsoft, Arm, BBC, and Intel. Media captured or signed using Truepic Enterprise tools complies with the C2PA standard, guaranteeing future interoperability with any software that adopts this standard.

Features

Truepic Enterprise C2PA covers every step in the content authentication lifecycle, from capturing and signing digital media to validation, secure display, and certificate management.

  • Capture - Ensure authenticity from the start by integrating C2PA-compliant capture capabilities into your mobile app. Truepic’s secure smartphone camera technology, recognized as one of TIME’s Best Inventions, captures, signs, and seals key details such as date, time, the true pixels of each photo or video, and optional location.
  • Sign - Implement C2PA signing within any software or infrastructure. Our built-in certificate authority simplifies complex configurations, including differentiated certificates, auto-rotation, revocation, and secure implementation, to ensure scalable and reliable authenticity.
  • Validate - Verify Content Credentials effortlessly. Obtain a comprehensive report of the C2PA data embedded within any media file without the need for a central database or blockchain. C2PA data is securely integrated into the file itself, enabling straightforward validation.
  • Display - Enhance digital transparency by verifying and visibly displaying Content Credentials. Truepic’s solution allows easy integration into any website or digital service, enabling consumers to view and understand the origin and history of any media file.
